Popondetta International School (POPIS) is an IEA owned and operated private institution, located in Popondetta town. The school provides learning from Prep to year 8 and also operates an Early Learning Centre for 3-5 year old’s.

Just like their focus on quality education, quality uniforms was a key factor for this international school, and asked Pacific Uniforms to help design them a new look in 2020. Offering a high degree of performance, customisation and quality, we felt the products from our TURA Sports brand would offer considerable value to this client.

Our team first met with the school's leadership team and got a clear understanding of their requirements and preferences around uniform colours and styles, as well as the types of merchandise they would need. They required a range of uniform solutions across their teaching and student bodies, as well as sporting apparel, merchandise and accessories.

Engagement with the school community was also on the agenda, with a survey being run at the school on the two designs presented by Pacific Uniforms / TURA Sports.

As testament to Pacific Uniforms approach to quality product, customer service, timely deliveries and ability to streamline customs and clearance processing, Pacific Uniforms was awarded a five year contract with the illustrious school. The new look uniforms were also used a marketing tactic, attracting new students to the school. They also help identify students better and ensure the school is more visible at school events. The custom polo we developed features high performance fabric, ideal for breathability, wicking sweat, odour control and low iron properties – perfect for busy students!
